Vocational Training

Vocational training is an essential aspect of our organization’s efforts to empower women and youth in Kenya. Through our vocational training programs, we provide individuals with practical skills and knowledge that they can use to secure employment or start their businesses.

Our vocational training programs cover a wide range of skills, including tailoring and dressmaking, hairdressing, beauty therapy, catering and hospitality, and arts and crafts. We also offer training on entrepreneurship, financial management, and marketing, which helps our beneficiaries develop their businesses successfully.

The impact of our vocational training programs has been significant, as it has helped to reduce poverty levels among women and youth in our community. Through our training, individuals can gain skills that enable them to secure employment, start businesses, and become self-reliant. This, in turn, has led to the creation of more job opportunities, improved living standards, and economic growth in the community.

Our vocational training programs have also had a positive impact on gender equality, as more women can now access training and employment opportunities traditionally reserved for men. This has helped to break down cultural and societal barriers and promote gender equality.

Overall, our organization’s vocational training programs have contributed significantly to empowering women and youth in Kenya, promoting economic growth, and reducing poverty levels.
